The Latest Draft of the Military Commissions Legislation

here is the latest draft of the entire military commissions legislation. There has been much analysis of this "compromise" in the blogsosphere. I would particularly commend the numerous posts by Marty Lederman (

. I will provide some analysis here shortly.
