More on the Khadr and Hamdan Rulings

As more information has become available about the rulings by military judges in the Khadr and Hamdan cases, we are now getting a better understanding of the decisions. First, the decision of Military Judge Captain Keith Allred in the Hamdan case can be found
here. Second, following upon on his fascinating posts from yesterday, Bobby Chesney has
an excellent discussion over at National Security Advisors, and Marty Lederman has posted some
excellent commentary over at Balkinization.
I am going to do a follow up post in a bit to elaborate.
